yep if that's the one on Deansgate. The Moon under Water?
Barely a mile from the hotel so well within walking distance
the Waterhouse is wonderful, my favourite Manchester spoons - but like many in Manchester it does get damn crowded - was disappointed to find pretty recently that even at breakfast time it was crowded and my favourite nook was gone - suppose northerners know a good deal.Decent spoons are Moon Under the Water, The Paramount and The Waterhouse.
Lots of Cafe's in NQ - worth pottering up that way if you want.
fine building in an historic spot - also curious at least at the back - I seem to remember that there are three pubs pretty much next door to each other - or maybe I imagined it?Yes I've eaten in The Waterhouse. It was very busy. Decent food though.

Good spot for the Lass O Gowrie just round the corner and a fine pub. Joshua Brooks is fine. Only issue is you have FAC251 club opposite if you fancy a late night fight. . I can also recommend Hatch by Man Met Uni under the Mancunian Way for food and beers, just not open for breakfast.
There are a few. The Waterhouse is OK, far better pubs nearby though.fine building in an historic spot - also curious at least at the back - I seem to remember that there are three pubs pretty much next door to each other - or maybe I imagined it?
if we're talking pubs fossy, what beers on tap at these places? There are a few. The Waterhouse is OK, far better pubs nearby though.
The Lass o Gowrie has its own brewery, and there are loads of ales. The Josh has a fair selection and Camden IPA's on tap.if we're talking pubs fossy, what beers on tap at these places?
Oh the other pubs aren't as cheap though. You'll be paying full whack.if we're talking pubs fossy, what beers on tap at these places?
