That’s the obvious one I was referring to in the opening post. It’s not Christmas until I’ve seen Hans Gruber fall from the Nakatomi Plaza. Which I have this year, so yippee kayay MF!

Alan Rickman had a few good on screen deaths.
But his Sheriff of Nottingham death was his finest hammy performance. Stealing ever scene he’s in.

Not a movie, but the early scene of Season 2 of Reacher where the hero breaks up the carjacking. That's one villain who wished he'd stayed in bed that morning. Indeed, thenword "comeuppance" was invented to describe this chaps experience.

I love the manner in which Reacher casually throws the unconscious ne'er do well into the road once he finished with him.

The Fly 2.

Ooof! To be fair I find it kind of hard in retrospect to feel this was a 'good' ending, spoilers follow:

Although the protagonist Martin Brundle (son of Seth) seemingly gets his happy ending, and is cured of the 'fly disease' this does come at the cost of horrifically mutating the antagonist Bartok who whilst is yes a horrible man and determined to use The Fly/Telepods for profit I'm not convinced he deserves his fate. Indeed Martin earlier in the film learns this will be the consequence of any attempt to cure himself. Seth (his father) at least had the decency to have his girfriend blow his head off after realising he is insane and uncurable.
