Best movie comeuppance - beware of spoilers

Lots of threads about movies and such, so how about this one - what’s your favourite bad guy comeuppance? Y’know, when the bad guy/gal realises too late that they’re beaten. For me there’s THE obvious one for this time of year but others that satisfy me greatly:

• Burke in Aliens
• Carl in Ghost

Nobody. The scene when Hutch Mansell is on the bus and finally snaps. The look on head sheet bags face when he realises he's bitten off more than he can chew is priceless.

Spoilers for Being John Malkovich:

Spoiler: BJM Ending

John Cusack's character 'Craig Schwartz' spends the entire film manipulating his wife, cheating on her and plotting to live forever in the body of John Malkovich. He is thwarted at the last minute and his fate is utterly horrible. I'm not even clear if he will even die or is fated to spend the rest of eternity unable to interact with anyone but can still see everything.
