Best kit at the Tour?

I like that very distinctive kit that only one rider seems to be wearing. It's yellow. Anyon know who's that is?

I like the Agritubel kit as it is quite plain and I love the bright blue. Closely followed by the old Cervelo black kit.

I Really like Columbia's kit...In fact I might go get it....Or Liquigas....or both......I need help
