Hi, I have a SRAM FORCE rear mech. It’s shifts well. I’ve noticed the pully cage is angled towards the wheel (see pictures). Is this normal or something that I should get repaired,

thanks
marty

Barnet,
I have a rear mech that looks like it is angled in, but shifts fine, like yours does.
As long as the mech is not fouling the spokes in top gear and the shifting is good I wouldn't worry about it.
If you do worry about it you could check that the hanger is not bent.

That's bent alright. Will still work as Paulus says. You can either try to straighten the hanger or get a replacement. Straightening it will make it weaker but should be okay.
Be easier and more accurate with an alignment tool which Park and others sell but you can make your own. RJ shows you how:

Best solution maybe to take to your local cycle shop where they can straighten it and use the tool which they should have.
