Stickered up the frame.
Had an issue with my nice colnago headset...the stack is too high so had to order a low stack headset.
Hopefully once it arrives,I can continue

Ordered from tredz ten days ago and still not here!
They must have tied it to a pigeons leg and told it to fly to my house.

Building up parts to complete
Have rigida rims followed by a mix of suntour and Shimano.
I wanted Shimano brakes because I know they will stop the bike fast.
Itm seat post,3t bars and laser San Marco saddle.

Eventually, got levers today and the benotto is finally finished.
If it's dry on Sunday,will do a small test run to make sure all is ok.

The only real place I've fitted modern is the calipers which are Shimano 105 twin pivot calipers. I wanted really good brakes so it was the best option imo.
If anything needs done,the front hub could do with new bearings. It has loose bearings/ cones but I've no idea what size I need to order

Thanks. I had an idea to not modernise this bike.The closest to modern I have went is on the calipers just because I want really strong brakes but I have stayed with the bikes era as much as possible.
20mm tyres take me right back..lol
