The correct phrase is "us and them". The group you belong to is ALWAYS first.

I think it's one of those them and us, sorry, us and them situations. I see the lycra clad lovelies streaming past me and think "now there's a group of men who take it ever so seriously". I like me bike but compared to that, I fall short.

If I don't have the legs for lycra, I certainly don't have the legs for those little shorts, even with tights.
