The vouchers are normally specific to one nominated bike shop so you can not split it across two retailers.

Unfotunately you can only get one voucher from one shop. the triban is £650 all in, Cannondale is £770 all bar a helmet, Giant is £810 all in (all in being shoes, pedals, helmets, shorts, shirt)

If not spunk the whole grand on a defy 1 and fork out for the kit yourself. It's a very sexy bike.

If you end up liking the Triban 5 (and I wouldn't worry about the B'Twin's reputation - there are lots of Triban riders on here and the issues are mostly to do with wheels on the triban 3.) then bear in mind that Decathlon - at least my local one - never seem to have decent lights.

Try and get at least 2 full sets of shorts/tops as then you can always have 1 clean set.

That's to start with. Buy some shorts, a couple of slime filled inner tubes, tyre levers, a multi tool and a pump and just get the rest as you need it.

I would get that 100-150 of stuff with your own money in the c2w stuff, then that money can be kept aside for all the things you learn that you need, as this will soon come up
