I always warm up on the bike, and I'll do stretches after.
But what I'll also do is stretch during the ride by standing on the pedals on a down hill section, dropping the heels, then going onto my toes a few times.
It's the same a when people come on here and say their hands/bum are hurting, just try a few different positions.

Pretty much what I do. I see a Physio quite often and he/she showed me what to do. If you stick with these ^^^^^ you will be ok.
