Be seen on a bike web shop, any problems??

Ordered some adhesive reflective items from them on the 13th August for about £30. They have taken the money from my account on the 15th August.

Still not received the items I ordered.

I this the standard for this shop or is it just me?

Anybody used them and what do you think?

Not used them but I'd get in touch with them to find out what's happening with the order. Most online sites email you when they've dispatched your order, or update the order's progress on the 'My Account' or 'My Orders' page (if they have one). I see they have a 'My Account' tab on the site - what does it says on yours about the order's status ?
