Any body having issues if they have one or have you used a converter to get rid of it altogether???

Almost everybody with a press fit BB has problems with them. A poor engineering solution to the problem of fitting a BB to a carbon frame.

^this. BB30 was the answer to a problem that never existed, IMHO.

I converted mine to Hollowtech II using an FSA adapter. That was about 4-5 years ago and I've never looked back.

Convert it and get your riding enjoyment back.

FTFY. As a counterpoint, I've done 4 BB30's on 4 different bikes and all are fine. Yet the square taper BB on my old crosser needed replacing every 1,000 miles....

There will always be exceptions to a rule - I guess you have been very lucky with your BB30's and very unlucky with your square taper.
I must say that while talking about BB types I have not been overly impressed with Hollowtech BB's - and have see some of them fail with less than 2000 miles.

I had issues after a couple of hundred miles (fixed by grease), then again after a thousand or so (tried regreasing, then a new bearing kit). I seem to have now permanently (hopefully) resolved the issue with loctite. From my understanding none of the conversion kits solve the fundamental issue. Would I get BB30a again, probably but only if the rest of the bike merited it.

So we could say that no particular design of BB is perfect and they all can have issues and possibly, all you hear is the bad and not the good on the internet?

Its bb30a not bb30 which means at the moment there is no converter kit

So its stick with it and buy a new sram force bb30 crankset ( which does fit bb30a)

Then get stuck in (hopefully not literally). There are many, many people who have had no problems with BB30 and BB30a and it seems for the few that do have problems, they can be solved. It cost me less than a tenner to resolve my issue and I learnt quite a bit in the process, so all is not lost.
