Sorry, cageless...where the balls are not seperated from each other by a 'cage', usually made from plastic.
Cheap cageless bearing are usually cheap and nasty in quality.

I'm i my 60's. Let hope these see me out. At least before I have to buy an Ebike.Very hopeful in thinking BB30 will last that long. Unless of course you have a new bike on order.
