Hi Jack
The wave washer and shim is with the crank so you're okay with that. My adapters should arrive today and if I don't need to use the seals, I'll pop them in the post to you after the weekend so hold off buying anything else for the minute.
Bought what I was told is a bb30 today all it is is two bearings, and two clips, is this the entire thing? Cost me £20 at a lbs... Halfords had one but refused to sell it to me as the worker wanted it for himself.

Brilliant thankyou! If you don't need the seals I'll gladly give you something for them @Cuchilo he was already behind the til lol he quickly put them under the til in a little folder, I was in there last week and he asked me if I knew how to adjust a front mech....
made a bearing press for £2! massive bolt 2 nuts and two big thick washers, tried a crush test on something and it seems to get great purchase so im hopeful
For future reference you can buy the bearings for £4.95 from any bearing stockist.
You've got the same bike as me and the same cranks and I've just taken out and serviced the crankset. Be sure to do that regularly and be sure to re-tighten that 10mm bolt on the cranks 2 - 3 times after refitting.
I borrow a torque wrench from a neighbour and set it to 40nm as recommended by FSA. The same neighbour also has the correct tool for knocking the bearings out.
