Bath to Bristol River Avon Trail Advice

Hello, just hoping for some advice from anyone who rides the River Avon trail.

If so, please let me know if you have knowledge of the trail.

I,ve walked from bathhampton to bath on the towpath, my advice is, if cycling it, do it on a wet cold day, otherwise you end up dodging walkers or fishing poles (I spent mytime dodging cyclists - none of them had a bell either)
its a cracking route through , one day I,m going do bristol to london it.
