Looks a far better bet than some no name frame out of a Chinese factory with no warranty or comeback

I've always been in the enviable situation where I could lose a few pounds off the bicycle by dieting, but not everyone is in that situation. After that, I considered all I took with me, and pared that down, which lost me quite a few pounds off the bicycle. In a country such as the UK, with so many fine frame builders, I'd think I'd rather explore more options, new and used.
