Looks like good value to me 
Components aside It's difficult to put a value on the feeling a bike gives you. Many (myself included) think Bianchi's are a little bit special and worth paying a little bit more for but then I'm biased 
Regarding keeping them clean I've found the gloss Celeste very easy to maintain but the matte black and Celeste to be a bit more of a pain
