Bin it and fit a new one, it's just not worth it!

You can repair it with a needle and thread but remove the inner first.

"Do ball bearings wear out faster if my tires are pumped up at maximum psi shown on the tire?"
and
"do you think the viniguar on the concrete floor freshly sprayed on it could eat the tires from outside"

Plenty of life left in it, only the sides have gone. The tread looks fine

I had a flat tyre on Wednesday but it was only flat on the bottom.

The rest of it was fine.
