I tweaked a muscle in my back this morning. Throughout the day it got gradually worse, to the point where I could barely move and invented a few new swear words. I was able to ride home from work because sitting on my bike seems to be about the only position I can find where I'm comfortable!
Now I'm back home and I've taken the edge off the pain with a combination of ibuprofen, an ice pack and some Irish coffee. Not back in work until Monday so I'm planning on spending most of tomorrow in bed.
Any tips for a quick recovery?
