back wheel shaking like mad

hello, we are going to bring the bike on monday, do you know roughly how long it will take for the service, i beleive its only the rear mesh that needs sorting out and thats it, sorry about this but we are commign from reading and my mum needs to be back withen a certain time.

so i took the tire off and checked for anything then replaced it, turned bike upside down and tightened the brakes, when spinning the rear wheel i can see it moving ever so slightly side to side, im presuming that this is normal with my cheapish wheels, spesh allez standard. thank you all

Like most bike shops if it is possible the first service is done while the customer waits, naturally the same will apply to you.
