Baby wipes.

Morning ritual when I get in the office at this time of the year. run the chain thru one. Second one wipe down the chain ring and sprocket. Third one to wipe the frame down, and maybe a fourth to do the rims. Let the chain dry and apply oil. Fly home.

Im hoping you mean baby wipes and don't work on a maternity ward

dunno but when he gets home after everyride he does a complete strip.... well almost
okay after every 10 rides it is a complete rebuild

I have a complete strip after every ride aswell . Normally followed by a shower and a beer , not always in that order .

After every ride, I wipe the dirt of with a rag, then clean everything with baby wipes, then mickle the chain, then lube. This process takes a hell of a long time at the moment as the roads round here are filthy.

'Tesco loves baby' baby wipes give your bike a lovely nice clean smell..

and of course they're non-biodegradable and clog up drains and go into landfill, in ways that a damp reused cloth, tissues or (in a roadside emergency) wet leaves don't. Cyclists survived happily for over a century without them and many of us still do.

buuuut we cyclists make up for it by not driving so much and so not wasting so many fossil fuels and so much rubber for bigger tyres etc etc so we probably don't equal out so we are still good!

Once I've used most of the babywipes in the pack, I tuck the last few in the Topeak or pocket in case I need them on a ride. Saves getting the bike grubby if I need a mid-ride fettle.
