Avid BB7s, Performance before and after bedding in?

When I first fitted my BB7s I was a wee bit disappointed, but after a couple of rides they improved dramatically, they just need a wee bit of time to bed in...

I replaced the Tektro Lyra's on my Genesis Day One with BB7's. I thought they were poor at first, but now they're bedded in they're excellent.
