A long shot, but does anyone here have back issues of Autocar & Motor and / or have access to their online archive, which is now subscription only? Or knows somebody who does? I am trying to identify a partial article with pictures of Derek and Paul Warwick that I was given as a photocopy many years ago, but with no concrete ID as to where it came from outside of a best guess*.
I'm searching for a publication date that ranges somewhere from mid-August 1991 through to mid-October 1991.
The parts of the article that I have deals with Derek's intention to have UK circuits vetted for safety. Autosport publishes a similar article on the 22nd August 1991. The article also mentions the probability of Paul winning the British F3000 series posthumously - and the final round of the series was on the 13th of October 1991. I've not had any luck trawling ebay listings for index pages of the relevant issues, as I'm now suspecting that if the article actually is in Autocar & Motor, it is probably in the news section of the magazine.
Any ideas?
* I got given a load of photocopied stuff for my collection / scrapbook by one particular person some time ago, and with whom I am no longer in touch - all of it out of context, and often not the complete article or simply just a bunch of captioned images. I've managed to identify nearly all of this material (the vast majority of it being from Motoring News and Autocar & Motor), but this one particular article is still eluding me...
