if I had that sort of money to allocate I would, sadly I do have the money coming in and secretly too but I know I've got zero change of saving it from the new kitchen/bathroom/garden funds

Well pleased with my ATC3K purchase.
Good points: Well constructed wih a good wide view and picture at 640x480 30fps.
Bad points: Waterproof buttons are very stiff and hard on the finger tips.
