I was diagnosed aged 37 which is comparatively rare, but then so were my mum and gran so mine is hereditary.

not what i was told by my Doc, 'most under reported health issue' her words.

so was i Kirstie, same age, with exercise induced although now use preventer half dose, 1 puff twice daily. find it does reduce my mucus production and the after effects of swimming. I try to reduce diary but not very good at it. not used reliever for 18months.
