Assembling my bike

I have recently got all the parts to build a bike but here is the deal any great tutorials? even in PDF form. All I seem to find the owners manual and that is all well and great but apart from videos anyone has a decent tutorial on assembling the devils advocat???

I am ok with most things it is just the cabling, indexing and disc assembly and nearly forgot the chain!!!
