The sweetness of the sultanas balancing the saltiness and piquancy of the capers... have you never had sweet and salty popcorn? Or salted caramel brownie?

I'm not sure about caper gateau but I do know some people who make cake with courgettes, which is bizarre and quite frankly disturbing behaviour.

I'll raise your courgette cake and give you spinach cake! Which is absolutely delicious as well as being 2 of your 5 a day.
