God created the chicken. He did'nt create an egg, the egg is a by product of the animal
Thought the egg was part of the life cycle, not a by product though.

What level of partial discharge should I be aiming for in 80kV dc smoothing reactor and will 15mm fringe shields on the core give enough field discrimination to prevent flash breakdown?
I'll answer the second one first: as all things in life and science, it depends (unless you're talking purely about theory in which case yes but its less relevant). If the A2 point is dictated by the flash nucleus, the result would be true. However since most questions of this ilk refer to the A1 point, its typically no. And your first question: 100 to 500 volts.

What if all the soap in the world were dirty?
In this case elite would be such that when you wake in the morning, you would be nice and dirty and as the day progressed, you would get horrendously cleaner and cleaner. Thusyou would use dirty soap (which in this scenario is normal soap) to mame yourself nice and dirty again.. What a world.

why is there only one monopolies commission?
This remind s e of Chris eubanks being interviewed and he was asked if he would ever write an autobiography and Chris asked, "of who?". The media made. A mockery of Chris but I don't think it was fair: why should anyone know what " autobiography" means ?

Why has the OP answered only seven questions, not the ten he said he would?

Who'll answer the rest of the questions asked?

What's that as a percentage? If you can tell me that will save a couple of weeks of tedious testing.
