I call this new piece of visual art The Shape Of Things To Come.

I like that, because the extent to which art is used as a point of intersection, or a vehicle, for a set of mounting deceptions that are verbal, interpersonal, professional, economic, and systemic—and all operative in the world, or worlds, of art, and combines with the underlying metaphorical symbolism to created a blurred photo.

I admire how the artist didn't focus, but left it to us to imagine where focus might have been, which ultimately leaves us dizzy with possibilities. Good art should make us feel, and I definitely feel nauseated the longer I look at the photo.

Spoken like a true (i.e. clueless, witless, brain dead) art critic
