What a nutter. I actually feel a little bit sorry for him. He is so wrapped up in his own conviction that he is innocent, I think it has affected him.

It is alleged he paid someone to hack the system. They say this was discovered because he used files that were taken in one of the doping hearings later...

As FM said it's not Floyd himself alleged to do the hacking - he certainly seems to have been in possession of "hacked" info which he used in his defense and it was his manager that is alleged to have received dodgy e-mails (see my links below - especially the 2nd)

I think he made a very bad impression indeed at the hearings and appeals - appeared to be bullying / blackmailing / in possession of documents only obtainable by hacking.

He also made no attempt to explain himself or appear at the 1st French trial looking into this last year - hence the warrent

I don't have much sympathy for him (although a quick google seems full of Floyd is innocent / nasty European type stories again). Couple of links

Apparently the actual hacker was arrested for another crime and it was discovered that he had received payment previously from the Floyd Landis Defence Fund.

The BBC article says” A judge has issued an arrest warrant for cyclist Floyd Landis for allegedly hacking into a French anti-doping agency laboratory computer.

I read a previous story that said there was evidence that hacking had been traced back to a particular PC, the story was attributed to "sources close to the laboratory" whoever that may be.

I don't have much faith in this lab or the AFLD, they have had previous dealings with Lance Armstrong, which haven't helped their credibility at all, and now it appears that they have been sacked from this year’s TdF following a fall out with UCI/ASO.

Their director announced that it was an international arrest warrant against Landis, which also seems to be untrue, the devil is in the details.
