I see it as an unfair advantage in women's sport but a moot point in men's. I can't recall a case proven where a male has produced naturally a surfeit of testosterone etc. Many have pleaded innocence but not convinced.
Lance also had the normal blood profiles during the Giro according to the good doctor.
