74%. I think there should be bonus points for rampant unsuitability of bike for task at hand - touring by Brommie and riding 20 mm tyres on cobbles spring to mind here.
Being partway through making your own recumbent also warrants an extra point IMHO.
Not to mention making your own seatpost by attacking a solid bar with a lathe.
