Are TL tyres impossible to buy now?!?!

It’s really just the gp5000 in 28c that is impossible to find.

Problem with the pro one is that they have nowhere near the puncture resistance of the GP5000. A better race tyre, but the puncture resistance is a pretty big deal to me.

I used mantel a week or so back for the non tubeless version of these, delivered in 2 days.

I don't think they transparent are anywhere at the moment as I was considering those but went al black in the end

they may no longer do the TR /TL in anything but black anyway, leakage issues where the layers join.

I actually found ONE available in the LBS. But I don't want to buy that and be left with just one, and unable to get a matching pair. Would rather switch to a different tyre type entirely.

So if anyone sees one single Conti GP 5000 TL in a 28 available, let me know! I'll just have to buy them from different places!

Hutchinson Sectors are good tubeless tyres and pretty bomb proof.

Found some Conti GP 5000 28 on BikeInn.... reviews make it feel like a gamble, but I've ordered there in the past and they delivered. A month for delivery, but I can wait!

I got my tyres a couple of weeks back from Mantel in NL received in 2 days
just ordered some bar tape yesterday from Lordgun in Italy, it was shipped same day and expected to be delivered tmr.

It's a good question.
I don't know the answer. Maybe I've been naive.

I spoke to a mechanic who said he is being quoted 2023 to receive new stock. I don't mind waiting a month... as long as they do actually arrive!
