Are the straws from cans of GT transferable to use on WD40?

I think length will be a factor too. Most of those WD40 and GT85 straws are unnecessarily long - the 35mm one clicked onto the top of the cans you can buy in Lidl (brand I can't recall) was effective.

Can you get the right kind of straw cutters, though? I've got cable cutters from a reputable bicycle tool manufacturer but I'm afraid they might class this as misuse if there's an issue.

PEEK tubing cutter should do the trick.
