Does anyone know anything about this company? They are literally 5 minutes away, but I'd never noticed their building until I walked past recently as it's hidden away behind metal gates, so not obvious from the road

Look interesting for anyone with deepish pockets wanting something different

My daughter used to race in a team and they supplied the framesets ( riders had to supply their own groupsets, wheels came from Reynolds). Problem was the smallest top tube in the vincenza is a 53.76. Not a lot of use to a small girl so she had to race on the "sportive" model whch still only went down to a 52. I thought pretty silly at the time if they are sponsoring a girls team. I see they still dont make a smaller Vincenza, and have their own womens team. Maybe they don't pick shorties.
Basically I believe they are designed in the uk, made elsewhere of course. I have met the people behind the company a long time ago they were all very keen nice people. None of the girls had bad things to say about the bikes apart from the limited sizing.

Just checked on their site and now the Celeste does not go down to a 52, its 53.7 TT as well, only their Inferno ( commuter/training bike) goes down to a 51.7. So hope you are on the taller side.

Yep I'm 5'10. I'm not interested in buying, just curious as they are so local. Don't recall ever seeing one of their bikes in these parts (unlike Pearsons)

Gosh, they're pretty pricey considering. I looked at the Celeste and noticed this:
"If you’re after an Aprire ride without the premium price tag, this is the bike for you."
"Without the premium price tag" in this case meaning it goes up to £2,445.00 depending on spec.

I see their "premium price tag" end of the scale is £5,995.00.

You can get a Pinarello Dogma in Dura Ace race trim for that. I appreciate not everyone would want one, but the point stands. Look at the price of a Ferrari race car, then see some brand new guys in a factory unit in Surrey making their own take on something similar, and see if the latter will have the gall to charge as much as the former with none of the pedigree, history, cachet, or technical backup. Unthinkable.

My daughter guested for themlast year, a stage race in the Czech Republic!

Bloke who runs the company, by all accounts, is a decent guy. Ambitious too, aiming for big things with the brand. I know he's invested n some very expensive tooling and I believe is planning on making carbon frames in house before too long.
