Another 'no pic as I was driving' post. I don't know if this was a random issue by the DVLA or a God botherer's private plate but JC15 DAD on a Suzuki Swift heading eastbound on the A14 this afternoon.

The oval sticker, partly obscured by the black monster, looks like the Cornish flag but as far as I know Cornwall has never issued its own number plates.
