Obejective, cycle in the road you are a public hazard to car drivers that pay their road tax, which means dont go on the road. Paying "road tax" enables car drivers to over take and change the rules of the highway code to suit their situation. Despite following the rules and having enough lights to illuminate oxford street I am invisible. Park where you like and cycle lanes are an after thought.

I think it was Cambridge a few years ago where cyclists started campaigns to remove these cycle tracks.
