They seem to have mixed reviews, but good prices.

Has anyone used them and would recommend?

Thanks!

Bought my PM off them in 2013 and it's still going well.
No issues and they've clearly been around a while now.

I used Cyclepowermeters. I ordered one part for the pedals but never received it. I have sent them a few emails, but they do not respond to them. Based on Trustpilot and Google reviews, they have done the same to many customers. I lost about 100 euros.

They do not respond to phone calls or e-mails, take your money and sometimes don't deliver.
Why should you lose €100? There is no need for that, you can claim back the money through your bank using cashback or section 57. Also, report to local trading standards office.
We don't have to put up with this sort of thing, there are rules and regulations to be followed. If they don't deliver, get your money back.
Meanwhile, they're still out there taking peoples money and sometimes not delivering because some people don't take the appropriate action following breach of contract.

I don't know about "cashback" (not heard of that beyond supermarket tills) nor Section 57 but I thought Section 75 only applied to amounts over £100 (and generally €100 is less than £100).

I think Nellie meant clawback; where you tell your bank/card provider that you've not received the goods and they refund you the money. Never used this so don't know the rules.

You're correct; Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 is the law that enables clawback. You're also correct about the £100 lower limit but I think (not checked so I might be wrong) that this figure includes postage (and duties on imports but not VAT).
