I purchased a four pack of " brioche rolls " from the local supermarket. Granddaughter ate 2 with her " Posh Dogs" from M&S. a couple of days ago I discovered the remainder at the bottom of the bread bin, still soft and springy with no signs of mould after well over a week...

If I make my own burgers - which isn;t often - then I use basic bread rolls - Baps - from Tesco

and load put butter and ketchup on then along with the burger

anything else is just adding sugar when it should be a savoury thing and not sweet

IMO

Can't stand Brioche, hate the way it's taken over as the roll of choice at so many restaurants and fast food places, greasy sweet garbage.

Now I do enjoy them.
But is Brioche not too sweet for that?

I’m just eating mine.Mrs p say’s there fine with either sweet or savoury fillings.I haven’t tried them with a sweet filling..I have extra mature cheese and find the combination of cheese beetroot and ham suits my taste.I don’t always have any beetroot cooked.so will have a chutney with the ham and cheese.

The Brioche rolls we use are from Tesco.Just done a taste test.No filling. Can’t say there taste overly sweet or greasy.
