Well I guess it's a perennial topic of debate and controversy!

Well Some few years ago when I probably did 100+ miles a week I used de-greaser in the chain cleaner then soapy water Dry it off then apply some fine lub oil every month roughly, But now having reached that certain age barely cycling a 100 miles in a month so to date this year I've probably cleaned the chain/cassette and chain wheels once.
