Assuming the ginger twat isn't the owner/manager, why not contact the actual owner/manager and tell them that the ginger twat is letting his/her otherwise fine company down and putting off customers!

I'm sure they don't care. Customers who visit the shop are almost certainly an inconvenience to them.
