I will be out yes.

I have a nice new Specialized Toupe saddle coming my way so I have the perfect excuse for disappearing for an hour or so.

I'll be watching kids open pressies, then cooking, then sorting guests out, then cooking, then drinking...eating...drinking.....playing multi player DS games - if I get a look in (4 up)

Boxing Day off to my folks and more of the same, and my Bro's Wii !!!

Then on the bike....

I'll be visiting the out-laws sans velo, so will probably go for a walk up a hill instead.

Yes, I am visiting friends on Christmas Day. They live close to Dalby Forest in N Yorks, so I will probably take the bike for a spin in the morning before everything gets going.

As I said on the other thread on this subject:

I always ride on Xmas morning. Haven't missed one in years. Just a short ride of about 35 kms (21 miles), but it gets me ready to enjoy the banquet and is, of course, one of the last rides of the year.

Our club also puts on a 60km New Year's ride. I never miss a ride on the first day of the year. On NY Eve, I replace the batteries in my computers (whether they need it or not) resetting them to 00000.0, ready for another year.

Ms M is off to Daneland to visit her olds and I'm having my 3 batchelor boys visit with their bikes for the duration. I expect we'll all head off up the Bristol to Bath at some point to the Jolly Sailor at Saltford for a pint or two overlooking the weir.
