Any ideas what caused this burn?

Ok so we have had "show us your scars" so to continue on the slightly gory theme any idea how I managed to come across this burn on my leg?I was rather suprised that this particular household item could do this. You can't see it on the photo but the burn has several small blisters and is rather painful

Small blisters could mean a Shingles outbreak...
