Any ideas how to refill Sarsons vinegar bottle (see photo)

I am seriously tempted. How long do I have to think about it . I have only tried 50% of @MikeG 's suggestions up to now. If the surgeon successfully re-attaches my fingers I will try some more.
I know he means well but he has caused me some serious pai.
