I've got their basic wired one, which doesn't do cadence ... it does the job and has worked well for the last two years which ain't bad considering it cost me £6. The display on that one looks basically the same as my one, and I find mine easy enough to read whilst on the move.
It was easy to set up, and it's easy to use .. there's a button on the right that you can use to scroll through the functions. And a button on the left to do resetting things, such as the tripmeter. Quality wise, mine's been used to and from and left outside work in all weathers including heavy rain and snow and still works. It's even been dropped a few times.
I think to avoid cross talk on wireless computers you need to be getting one of the "better" Cateye ones (or equivalent from other manufacturer), such as the V2c. But they're a lot more quids ..
For a tenner, I'm tempted to upgrade mine to get the cadence.
