The website reviews aren't particularly promising. Wondered if anyone on here had bought one and could comment on

-The ease of use/set up
-What it looks like
-Quality

It's this one.

Cheers

I have one. It's ok, in that it does what it says on the tin. However the cross talk is shocking. I can't wear my HRM, put my front light on strobe or sit besdie a taxi at lights or the speedo goes nuts. However I think most wireless computers have this issue, so better to pay £10 for one than double that IMHO

It's easy to use and very simple to set up. The instructions are rubbish though

Looks like most other device, a back light would have been nice

It does me for what I need it to do, ie give me my avarage speed

I've got their basic wired one, which doesn't do cadence ... it does the job and has worked well for the last two years which ain't bad considering it cost me £6. The display on that one looks basically the same as my one, and I find mine easy enough to read whilst on the move.

It was easy to set up, and it's easy to use .. there's a button on the right that you can use to scroll through the functions. And a button on the left to do resetting things, such as the tripmeter. Quality wise, mine's been used to and from and left outside work in all weathers including heavy rain and snow and still works. It's even been dropped a few times.

I think to avoid cross talk on wireless computers you need to be getting one of the "better" Cateye ones (or equivalent from other manufacturer), such as the V2c. But they're a lot more quids ..

For a tenner, I'm tempted to upgrade mine to get the cadence.
