Its all online, but if you want a book. The Park Big Blue Book is very good

take a look at your local library. mine has at least 4 different types of bike maintenance book including the usual Haynes bike book.

it may give you an idea of the "style" of book you want before you spend your hard earned

I like the Haynes - find the pics much easier to follow than the drawings in the Zinn one that most people seem to prefer.
