Any cyclists from caerphilly cardiff or newport or near there

just wondering if there is anybody from near the above locations who cycle much, could do with some motivation, or if there are cycle clubs near there, im only getting back into it so might have to stop at the steep hills,

Hi Nathan. Cardiff here, I live on the west side so the Vale is my area of riding, Get the miles under your belt gradually and the hills will look after themselves.

cheers both will take both of those comments into consideration thanks, will have a lookat the website as well, cycled from caerphilly to newport today to see my mum but had a bloody puncture in newport so had to get a taxi the rest of the way and leave the bike at my mums cos she lives on the outskirts, shes going to drop it at my nans so i can pick it up again to fix it, had no puncture repair kit on me either, knew should have got one.
