I am restoring a cica 1950's tandem tricycle. For some reason I can not get the bushings/sleeves on the pedal shaft back in place. There are tabs on the pedal shaft and I have tried aligning the split in the sleeve with the tabs, no luck. Also one side of the shaft has 2 tabs and the other one tab. Any help would be appreciated. Photos shortly
