try seeing a podiatrist( foot person) worked for me, as spend lots of time standing. used to be hell walking first thing. but all is well now, just the rest of the body falling apart.

Obviously it is not the bike, but certainly the often slow grind of a fixed gear does not help.

Especially when you ride in an extremely hilly area like this and you weigh 17 or 18 stone, as Shaun does!
