It would be great to see Cunego win it again.Always been a favorite of mine since his Giro victory.Just wish he could do something in another Grand Tour.Maybe a good show in this years Giro?

Well, Arashiro is in a 6-man break at the moment, but at 3.30 and falling, it looks like the peloton have it under control...

They've been caught, but there's been a serious crash involving Frank Schleck and Matthew Lloyd - who've both had to be taken away in ambulances - and some others too, I think.

Blimey, Sergei Ivanov of Katusha takes it fairly comfortably in the end from Kroon and Gesink... the field all over the shop after continuous late attacks.

Schleck an Lloyd both looked very bad. both strapped to boards and carried in Ambulances. Hope they are both ok

Cycling news are reporting in the first instance no serious injuries. Which is good news as it did not look good when it happened.

I didn't have Ivanov as possibility in my mind but he has won the race so good for him.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
