I'll write a proper write up later but I ended up doing a slow 112miles, decided from the start I was in touring/ exploring mode and to pace myself. Got a phone call when I was near home, it was my nephews birthday party, I'd forgotten that 
so ended up doing another 8 miles. Kinda said I'll do 63 miles with my brother tomorrow

Congrats on the diss and the century+. I really enjoyed writing my diss, ended up going four thousand words over the limit.

Cheers again, as promised there's now a write up in 'Your ride today' in the cafe.
I thought I was struggling for 18,000 words in my dissertation but somebody told me the guideline is 12,000-15,000 and by the time I'd added an abstract/ ToC it was plus 19,000. Not looked at it all weekend though, there's not much I can do now its at the printers; except cycle that is ;-) I think tomorrows a clean bike day though!
